Shipping to UK

All orders are sent via royal mail by recorded delivery and require a signature upon arrival. If no one is in a calling card will be left and your goods can be collected from the post office depot listed on the card. We use recorded delivery to avoid any losses.

90% of orders are delivered next working day.

Orders placed via the guaranteed next day service before 3.45pm will arrive the following working day before 1pm.

The following post codes are exempt from this service: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

We can't ship to PO Box addresses for security reasons.

International

Please note all overseas orders are subject to stringent security checks which can delay delivery. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any orders unable to pass through our credit control department.

Goods can also be held up by customs and there is nothing we can do about this. We also have no control over customs and import charges and in the unusual event of this happening any fees due are the responsibility of the recipient.
